I see the BXpanded forks appear to be rigid, but I'm pretty sure that the OP was looking for the type that swing on a bar. At least that's the impression I get from the title and a couple of the posts.
As for the chains on a set of forks, no thanks. But that's why they make different types. Everyone has a different use or opinion about things.

The BXPanded ford are not rigid, they have a hinge at the top.

Another option if you can't find a pre-made set is to build some.

I made these for mine. Didn't take much, just some tow hooks, pipe, and tubing and they work great.
