Any suggestions on my tig setup -Dialarc HF (dinosaur)?

I know I have used Dialarcs in the past, but can't say I've ever worked on one.
Have you checked the points? You may have to clean them with some emery cloth, and re set the gap. Normally .010".
The points are to the left of the red circle.

Thanks Terry I think I found one failed component. Just to the right of the HF points is a ceramic looking tube that is broke in half. The break looks fresh. I looked in the downloaded owners manual and it's a resistor that is part of the HF panel. I searched for the part number online and didn't see it available but it's a 100w 10 ohm resistor. I did see another Miller resistor with the same specs and it looks similar for about 30$. I also found newer looking off brand ones for 3-4$. Not sure if either or both would work? Also not sure if this is the only problem or if something else caused it to blow. Any suggestions on replacing the resistor or anything else to check?

Sorry I missed your post.
Yes I did set the points at first to .008 which they recommend but it seemed to work better at .010 as you suggest. I also did scuff them slightly with an old sanding belt. It was doing great till it just quit lol. That last post describes a failed component I found, do you have any ideas on what to do? Thanks SA

Only thing I can think of, are you a member of Welding Web? There are 3 or 4 guys there who repair welders for a living, and very helpful with free information. They also know where to get cheap parts for welders.
If not a member, think about joining, and post your problem in the Miller section. One of the moderators knows Miller welders inside and out.

Will do thanks SA. I've been kicking around adding a new inverter to the fold, afraid if I start reading too much over there I'll catch the bug for sure! Can't have too many I guess! Lol

Pretty certain SA has single handedly raised the individual average.

As long as the resistance and the wattage ar the same it will work electrically. You may have to extend leads to fit, if its not the same physical size.
