Except for the rust - looks to be in good shape. I would try to donate it to an antique tractor implement group. Yes - don't scrap it.

It may or may not be rare and valuable but it's still an interesting piece of history. Don't listen to people who want to scrap it. Too much of that happened the last time the price was up. I once followed a trailerload of old horse drawn equipment to somebody's dooryard, and would have paid them scrap value if that was were it was going. Thankfully they were collectors, as I have NO idea what I would have done with it.
