Having the interface without the program will not help. The code you have if for the PLV (Pressure Limiting Valve) exceeding the number of openings or time in the open state. This will need to be replaced by the dealer, but they should find the cause prior to replacement. The fuel system operates at pressures near 23,000 psi, so having it operating properly is crucial. A likely suspect for the problem is a pinched fuel line at the fuel water separator or the fuel filter. Once it is fixed, the valve will need to be replaced and then the counter replaced.

Thanks!

This is my second round of this. They replaced it all under warranty but never actually fixed it. It ended up being the lift pump. something is really sketchy with that little pump

The PLV needs to be replaced it has exceeded 50 openings and then a rail exchange needs to be done using the diagnostic tool the issue with the pumps sounds like there may be a fuel restriction or algae in the tank if the 12 lift pump starves for fuel it will cause all the issues from the damaged lift pump to the PLV issue
