Not from ground up, but I used parts from an old JD drag disk to make my offset.
Not pretty, but it gets the job done! ~~ grnspot

laborday2012 021.jpgI see you guys are using friction bearings. The disc we currently have uses them and they are expensive ones. After finding out that it was an old JD disc, I looked up the bearings and they are about $85 each. The best part was they only had the bottom half.

Has any of you ever seen this type of disc before? My dad bought it from one of his friends and it is a wreck. The biggest problem is with the axle hangers and sliders along with some expensive busted bearings.
