I have repaired several Victor Regulators... 0 to 300 for Nitrogen.
Each time was because a nurse screwed in the adjustment knob so tight it ruptured the diaphragm...
Not much to them and often opening is the hardest part.
Lucky, there is a shop nearby that rebuilds and sells parts...
