A locale junk yard (about 35 miles away) has an add for basically; some old junk tractors, volkswagens, campers ect. I went there today at lunch break and the guys says "yes, we have some plunk tractors scattered around, but we don't know what they are and they are just mixed in with everything else"
I had went to look at a specific tractor from a picture.

I couldn't find it, and I walked entire yard, and couldn't find it. They said "I remember seeing it, but don't know where, don't think we sold it".
Anyone able to tell what it is. I was hoping for a L245-345 Kubota or a 275-355 series. I have a L285, and would love to scavenge a loader that would worn for cheap with few modifications.
They did have an L260 spray tractor (an odd duck), MF65, a Ford 601, and a Farmall Cub.
$2 admission to look, but disorganized as all heck. But good exercise, some cool stuff, and not a bad time. Had several bush hogs, hundreds of trucks, a 12 ton track hoe bucket, several loader root rakes, a Lull off road forklift, and a smaller good condition New Holland with loader (too new for my pocket) which they said wasn't being parted out.
