hi Ian
I was just looking at the 36" forks on Ebay to attach from top to bottom of bucket, but wasn't sure how to-yours is a great idea too.
Still not sure if I'll have enough lift on the b2620 though.

Has anyone tried?[/QUOTE]

Like This?
Auction forks, converted to Kubota's "Quick" not so quick attachment.

Could be pinned in place & bypass the "quick" attachment.

DO A SEARCH ON THIS "Woods 46" pin on pallet forks". I HAVE A CUB YANMAR EX3200 AND WAS LOOKING TO DO THE SAME THING AND HAPPEN TO BE TALKING TO MY LOCAL CUB DEALER FOUND THAT HE HAD A OLD BUT UNSOLD WOODS DUAL FORKS ON HIS SHELF COLLECTING ABOUT 10 YEARS OF DIRT AND DUST ASKING 750.00 BUT SETTLED FOR 550.00. BOUGHT PINS AND BUSHINGS AT TSC FOR $40.00 ADJUSTED BRACKETS AND MOUNTED UP IN ABOUT 30 MIN.
GREAT FOR MOVING PALLETS OF FIREWOOD.
CURRENT MOD IS PF50 AND POSSIBLY 20A IF STILL MADE MINE WAS MADE BEFORE 20A AND IS MOD 20 (NO ROLL BACK GUARD) 2400# CAP.
