I wasnt sure if My x-575 would handle this core aerator, And 4,-65 lb weight plates, to my surprise it picks it up no problem.

I believe that's a special sod-loosening tool. If the sod binds down to the ground too tight, you have to loosen it by backing out the fasteners.
