Make your own! Here's a link to an article about an 87 year old man that makes them. He was a mentor of mine 30 years ago. Had the pleasure of working with him daily for 2 years before he took an early retirement. Looking back on it, I'm now the same age he was when he mentored me. Gads, time flies!

This might be the future but........ First you have to find folks who can afford a house at $230,000 + dollars. And a house that costs that much for only 1200 square feet.

Of course - we all recognize that the "normal" formula that lending institutions use for financing is - house equals 1/3 of the total package - - land equals 2/3 of the total package.

So the total package cost for a $230,000 house will run in the neighborhood of - - $700,000.

This is the FUTURE of low cost housing?????
