Anyone have experience/price on the king kutter XB

I have two TSCs within driving distance and neither stocks the XB implements. I ordered a middle buster from TSC three times. They would call me and say it was in and each time they had received the standard KK middle buster rather than the XB. I now suspect that TSC was ordering the correct product and KK was shipping the wrong product.

I sent KK a "nice" letter detailing all of the things that were wrong with my XB middle buster and never heard back from them. I then called them and talked to the person in charge of the XB products. I explained that I received a product that had multiple quality and engineering issues. I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted to let them know that there were problems so that they could be corrected on future shipments. They acted totally disinterested. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Hope you have better luck with your XB middle buster than I have had.
Don't think I will be buying any more KK products. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
