Anyone have one of these tillers?

Hi, all...i just bought a used tiller to work a piece of land. Turns out it is a grey market Kubota and everything on it is written in Japanese, I assume. There is a filler cap on top of the chain case, but I am not sure about how to check the level of oil in the unit. There is a bolt on the right side and some kind of bolt-like thing on the right.
Is one of them an oil level check? Hopefully my photo makes sense.

I have an old Deere 550 tiller that looks a lot like that. I'd say the long bolt/nut on the left is the chain adjustment, and the lower bolt on the right is the oil level. The chain spinning down in the oil in the bottom is picked up and carried to the top as it turns. Most don't hold as much as you would think

and if you over fill it, you risk blowing a seal. Ask me how I know
