Anyone have "yard art"?

Here is an old thread I started http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/rural-living/183092-started-making-planters-wife.html

Basically it is a 1 to 3 ratio. The 1 part must be portland cement not mortar. It is called hypertufa and there a loads of info on line. It takes a couple of weeks to cure, must be done slow.

I have made about 400 different pieces, usually do it in the winter since it gets dark early, I can do it in the basement. I actually sold $1000.00+ this year wholesale.

If you really want to give it a try I can give you more info...I have perfected my recipe.

Although I did paint the Camo Jeep Comanche, the Camo Corsica and the '57 Feather Craft you can see in the background of these pictures, I wouldn't call it art. So the wishing well, hollow logs and stump planters is all I have.

OMG the parking meter robot is definitely art! I love that.

I went through a hypertufa phase a while back, kinda fun. I still have a big bag of perlite, that you can lift with one finger. I should try it again.

Yep... I have some too, called old tractor implements. Pain in the rear to move when mowing. Old buggy rake and old pull disc. Disc is still usable. Plus an old john deere model 172 horse turn plow.
