Anybody here know how to remove the battery caps on a 22nf that would be supplied with a 1025R?
They are covered up with the battery label like a VW battery, but no screwdriver slots like the VW to screw out the cap.

Could be a maintenance free battery?

Many of the newer batteries cannot be serviced. There may be no caps under that label or the caps may be designed not to be removed.

Sure it's not an AGM battery? Those are usually a one time fill and done.

On my flooded batteries I check them once or twice a year and top up with distilled water.

It's been a REAL LONG time since I've owned a battery that could even be checked. Be sure it's a battery that CAN be serviced.

I usually check mine when it's too late. :ashamed:

I've been pretty good about checking the 4DLT battery in the Ford tractor though. They seem to be getting hard to come by.
