sure beats a wheel barrow and shovel.. though I would as stated above.. look for at least a 53 or better, if not a 55+.. preferably with PS.
get more technical and go for a 65+ industrial model with a fixed light duty or HD axle.... though a prior 1841 would also vertaintly qualify.
