Anyone know make/model of this snow blower? Shoe source?

Hi all,

I just bought this snowblower today and I'm hoping someone recognizes it. It's 6' wide. Does anyone know the make and maybe the model so I can find a manual and parts? Also, any good sources for shoes? Its missing them. Many thanks!!
