The flat belt drive may indicate it comes of of the feeder end of a stationary threshing machine. I used to know it's name but it's gone along with hair.
There should be a flat bar with two or three rows of similar type teeth that the grain shocks go thru.

If you got some wet bundles this is where the works plugged up.
