Anyone live near Boydton, Va and can discuss the housing?

Our oldest son (40+) is taking a job down there at the Microsoft Data center. And is looking for "short term" and/or "long term" housing. He might rent for a while before maybe having a house built.

Might be a good idea to live there (rent) for a few months to get used to the culture and general overall suitability of the area. He might be ready to come back in a month or two, job or no job. I've seen it happen.

Very nice area. Up and coming with the Tech influences. I'd check out AirBnB or some like web services.

Not much out there. Boydton is a tiny town. Clarksville, Chase City, South Hill are close and you may find a place to rent.
