Anyone regret filling tires? I decided not to when I bought new and, to be honest, haven't had any problems. Dealer suggested I didn't need to, even on my very hilly ground. I did widen the tire stance by turning the tires and I bought a fairly heavy 4000# dry weight 37 HP CUT.
But, are there any cons or drawbacks to filling them? Anybody wished they had not filled them?

The only time I regret filling the rear tires is when I want to check air pressure, having to
rotate the tire so that the valve stem is at the 12 o-clock position to prevent liquid from
spurting out into the tire gauge. Other than that, I'm glad that I did have them filled because
the extra weight really helps when trying to lift a heavy load with the fell with bucket or
grapple attached. There isn't anything much more exciting than having the rear wheels lift,
leaving the tractor balanced only on the front axle pivot.

I regret the previous owner of my 8N tractor rear tires had been filled with calcium. That stuff began leaking and nearly ruined the wheel, before I got it changed.

Mine are filled with rim guard, plus I have a weight box with 250lbs, Only downside is on road driving, you can feel it rolling but that’s the only negative for me.

Nope. But like almost everything in life, there are plusses and minuses. The extra weight is what I want most of the time. Driving across my muddy yard, not so much. So I don't drive across my muddy yard. :) The filled tires are really great when I don't have my weight barrel on, like when I have my blade on and grading the road.

I will always have filled tires.

Not a single regret, only positives. It’s increased the capability of my tractor an incredible amount. Much safer as well.

Glad I fill my tire but not when it comes to checking air pressure tho.

As mentioned, the only drawback is the extra minute and climbing on/off tractor to position the stem at 12 o clock when checking pressure.

I dont have leaky tires so I dont check pressure very often.

If you plan to do your own tire service when needed, that could be a big factor.
Removing/installing loaded tires is much more difficult. And dealing with the fluid is also a hassle.

If you dont do your own service then no worries.

I don't regret having my Ag tires filled, good stability and good FEL lift. I still like having some weight hanging off the back when I lift "near" capacity.

I DO regret having the set of Turf tires filled though. My tractor came with both sets, and I would have kept the turf's if they had been empty. They were too heavy to keep around as a "spare set"
