Anyone swap plastic bonnet on BX2350 or BX2400 with metal ones from newer tractors?

Anyone tried to match these up?

My hood is good to go, but the bonnet (surrounds engine) is toast.. cracked. Man I HATE plastic on tractors. Curious if the new metal parts can be retrofitted.

BX2350.

I spoke to a Kubota Regional Rep at a trade show few months ago about whether or not a BX25 metal fender would fit a BX24, never heard back. Don't have a spare few hundred dollars to order one just to try.

I need a replacement hood and bonnet for a bx2350since mine are busted any places other than dealer

there are 2-3 companies that have bin selling parts for several bx models on eBay over the past year Hoods/rear fenders, step area. But they go fast. I got a lot of little parts from them.

I agree, my bonnet is shot also, the little tabs that hold it in place broke off several years ago.

My hood has broken off tabs too!
I was going to see if my KTAC insurance would cover it but when I payed off my BX2360 early the insurance got dropped.

So what is the cost of a new hood ?

on a bx25 its $469 without the sticker kit. That's why mine is still dented.

I broke one of my tabs off too... my fault. Used some superglue to fix and it is surviving nicely.

I am still under KTAC warranty but thinking I will re-up when paid off which is very soon.
