Anyone Use a Credit/Identity Protection Service - LifeLock?

I had something new happen just this morning. I got an e-mail from one of my credit card companies telling me that my card had been rejected this morning. The pharmacy has their "easy pay" system in which they keep all the card information, and when we pick up a prescription, they ask if we want to use the "easy pay" and we always do; don't have to get the card out of my pocket, or her purse. But this morning, it rejected the card because we'd gotten new cards; everything the same of course except the expiration date. So they updated the expiration date and tried again; successfully of course.

If you kill someone who's stolen your identity, is it considered homicide or suicide?

Ought to be justifiable homicide in my opinion.:D

Ought to be. In Texas, if you catch someone stealing stuff out of your vehicle, you have the legal right to shoot them. But they better have your stuff on their person. A case like this was tried in Austin. I don't think it turned out well for the shooter, as the victim threw away the stuff while trying to run away, while getting shot in the back.

Be careful. There's a lot more to it than that. See Sec. 942 of the Texas Penal Code. Yep, we might agree that it "ought to be legal" to shoot someone stealing stuff from your vehicle, but actually it ain't.

We get it through the bank for free. Emails us as soon as somethings applied for. Wife had her identity stolen while she was going to school. Girl that worked in the office stole 1200 identitys. Stole a ton of money. Took student loans out in other peoples names and pocketed the money. Still fighting on the student loans. Son had his identity stolen by his baby mamas new boyfriend. Dude happened to be in line obtaining an id in our sons name. Wife happened to be behind him waiting to register her car. Turned into one big mess when the lady wished the dude a good day using our sons name. Come to find out he had a couple credit cards in our sons name as well.
