Approximate price to replace Belts on X350

Good afternoon everyone, well I shredded the main Deck belt on my X350 with a 48” deck. I took it to JD and they say that all the idler pulleys also need to be replaced. So I’m asking for a price check. I’m definitely having the three belt replaced at a cost of $750, and with all the idler pulleys it’s $1000. The mower only has 180 hours and I think I’m getting ripped off but just wanted a second, third opinion.

Must be a typo here, just looked at the X350 with the 48 inch deck and it clearly shows only one belt on the deck plus the engine to deck drive belt.

Deere list on the 3 belts are about $150- 160, which is both deck belts and either the transmission belt or the Powerflo belt. So what ever you mean there. The two idler pulleys on the deck about $90 for the pair. The stack pulley in the back is about $90 if that's included. The idlers for the primary belt are $105 for the pair. It isn't uncommon for service parts at the dealership to be marked up 20% + . The Powerflo, which is your assist blower has idlers as well as the transmission belt. They may be doing a deck service and adding labor for the extra. So creative billing could turn that into 3 hours worth, though it should be closer to 2.
So have them show you the problem with the idler pulleys. Unless you wash this thing like a newborn baby, they should be fine with those hours. The pulleys should simply roll smoothly. The belts on these will last much longer as well, but a little trauma can go a long way and destroy belts and blades. Possible to have blade spindle damage? They are $83 each.
