Are there other uses for bar & chain oil?

I coat he high rust areas of my square baler with it when put up for winter. It's good to have in an oiling can just in case.

Very good for chain drives on hay balers etc, great for coating things you don't want to rust. Use on linkages for a long lasting effect! Oil tractors always need extra lubrication to keep parts free on brakes, clutch mechanisms, steering, foot throttle etc. I always have a use for extra motor oil or tranny fluid when it comes to freeing parts that need to move. It doesn't take much.

The tachiness of bar and chain oil will help it stay in place kinda like the Lucas products !

I have several cases of HYPERION high-tac bar and chain oil that I can't use in my lifetime for my saws and wondering if there are other good uses for the oil?

I use it for way oil in the milling machine and metal lathe, it works excellent. Many folks around here spray the underside of their vehicles with bar and chain oil to keep corrosion away from the road salt. Most likely you wouldn't be doing that in Washington.

I have several gallons of it, too. I have four chainsaws. But I never thought of using it for other things. Those are some good ideas I am going to use some of it on.

I use it for the chain on my hay elevator.

They are not giving that stuff away these days and it keeps. I'd treat it like money in the bank and save it for when I needed it for the saw or some use where it and its cling additive is the best product for the job.
