Ya know I almost feel like I do when my wife wants me come with her to buy a piece of jewelry - a total idiot. I have now clue what a piece of jewelry might be worth and now I have no idea what the implements I want are worth. I certainly don't mind paying a fair price, I just don't want to be the dope that pays the highest price

So today i went to a (somewhat) local Kubota dealer to price out a Curtis Plow (7') for my quick attach fel. A manual one he wants $2300-2400 and 'about $200 more' for a hydraulic unit - plus over $1000 for the hydraulics. . . For a Landpride 60" boxblade its $800-$900. It is beyond me why he couldn't give me exact prices.

Can someone tell me if they are in the ballpark?

The freight can vary by as much as what you are showing. The reason is that if they can get a fuller load with more blades often the freight will drop that much on a per unit basis.

So order early, and tell them to just add it to the next order and you can get it cheaper!
