Wow, you're lucky to have that insurance company.
When I moved to the country the insurance co. I had been with for 18 years in my previous house wanted to know what kind of dogs I had... and they were the same two I had for 3 years or so in my old house. Plus a couple of Rotts before them with nothing said. My agent said they would write me anyway, but after he had met the dogs and determined *in his professional opinion* that they weren't vicious.
I told him he either writes me without knowing or I drop them then went into a little BSL is unconstitutional educational discussion.
They lost my house and vehicles and I've never looked back. It turned out both of my dogs were on their hot list anyway, so I'm sure they would have gouged me in premiums.
