Well that's too bad.
I have another one.
I posted earlier how I want a two bottom rollover plow.
I found one.
14 inch category one.

according to the email I got about the plow it needs lays and shins.


I know what these parts are.
1. Mouldboard
2. Share
3. Landside
4. Frog
5. Tailpiece

I don't know what a lay is.

What's a lay?

Now, if I get it, I'll probably need to borrow few horse power to pull it.

It will give you a great deal of info on plow parts. The thread is about a year old. And I dont remember ever seeing the plowed dirt, so I will look it up and might even bump it

Lay is a slang term for the share.

Thanks Pat! The plow hasn't done much....yet.... That'll be changing as soon as spring gets here.

I just picked up and old plow from an old implement graveyard, I havent even looked for a brand name yet, but if it quits raining this weekend Ill get some pictures, and be back asking for help im sure.

Where is that implement graveyard? I'm not too far from you. I live near Centreville and can never find used implements. The Centreville Press has yet to have an ad for tractors or parts.
