Try putting or hanging a light inside the cab with a small appliance bulb like 40 watt I have one in a cover over my jet pump for my water system keeps it from freezing all winter even have it plugged into a little device that turns on at 35degrees. Only cost around $20 for the whole setup and is cheap to operate.

You can plug a small light into it or even a little heater but an appliance bulb works great just has to be the old fashioned incandescent type.
