You wouldn't be talking about the top link, would you?
Maybe something like this?

I believe what you are talking about is like a turnbuckle on one of the lower link arms. You loosen the small nut and then adjust the long nut (turnbuckle) to level your implements. Then you tighten the small nut to lock the big nut in place. You should have a similar setup on your top link for shortening and lengthening it as well. Both have a metal loop to use a screwdriver, wrench, prybar etc. to help you turn them. Hope this helps. Regards, Mike

Actually sounds more like the tilt feature and I don't know of any; wish there was one like on our old Ford NAA/600.

Yes a lot of tractors have a crank style insteed of the style u have, my kubota has the crank style, and i really like it over the style you have. I am not at home now to snap a pic but someone should be able to post one. I did not see what tractor you have but possibly make something work if you cant find one for yours.

yup I believe its a manual tilt feature *** well. they do make crank styles but I think you might have to modify one if you come across one. The tilt support are kinda short compared to a cut or larger tractors. maybe you could go hydraulic? TBN has threads on hydraulic tnt.

I have used TnT and while it is nice, it's expensive; don't know if you can put it on the BX.

If you like i can get some measurments of mine to see if you can make it work on your BX.

your referring to the top link of the three point hitch I think

The top link has a lock nut may have welded on bar or not
to tighten by hand and lock the location of the turn buckle to maintain the desired level control of the implement.

on the lower links:

The turnbuckles or chains bring the lower link arms closer together to reduce sway to the least amount as it increases the three point hitch ability to carry and control the wheeled implement if it is an integral planter, disc harrow, integral grain or grass drill or the in furrow implement on newer and older tractors.

The right lower link arm with the adjusting crank:
the right lower links fully extended geometry allows
the ground engaging implements "In Furrow" allow you to maintain
proper deep draft control to break the hardpan with the first moldboard plowshare deeply in furrow to properly suck the toe of the moldboard into the furrow behind the disc or fluted coulter and allow the moldboard to stay deeply engaged in the furrow.

This also you allows a wider plow pass without a smooth or fluted coulter per share with less effort dependent upon the depth of suck as well.
