BNSF, in Vancouver, WA, built a new turntable a couple of years ago.

I've seen that one. If you use the history function in Google Earth, I believe that one was located south of that road, then they moved it north, if I recall. I'll have to start looking again.

Yep. I was correct in my recollection...

So it wasn't exactly a new one as it was a relocation.

Both of the turn tables you guys show, don't appear to be operable.

I'll agree that it does not look to be operational, but it is used occasionally as part of a tourist trip.
