Artic cat 300 with tracks

Last year I purchased tracks for my 300 Artic cat but I got them at the end of the year so I didn't know how well they where going to work.

This year I have the 300 more that the snow machine.

I haven't got stuck with them yet . I have always been able to back out of any problems I have gotten into.

The first two NorEasters we had this year dumped so much snow it was hard for the Snow machines to move but I got around nicely. The snow was so deep it was coming up over my front rack.

With the hand warmers on the machine it makes for nice riding

That machine looks pretty nice.

What kind of change was that to buy and how does the machine steer?

The Tracks where $2,500.00 installed. It takes about an hour to change back and fourth from the wheels after you have done it a couple of times.

I was just out for three hours pulling a drag on the snow mobile trails. It did a pretty good job .

With the 300 I have three ranges and five speeds in each range. So the machine may not be a speed demon, but it will pull just about anything .

The only thing I have to watch out for is going sideways on a hill with ice. It is like any tracked equipment. Your going sideways.
