I've seen one of these locally also (some landscapers that maintain a shopping center not far from my home). I agree it looks very similar. I see we've already examined the specs and discussed those. Since the specs say it has a limited slip differential but it's obviously hydraulic-driven, I'd assume it has one or two hydraulic motors that drive the front and rear drivelines which have a limited slip differential gear in each end. This drive system is probably a little more like a conventional hydrostatic CUT than the 4 wheel motor approach that PT uses. Just an additional observation...
I don't know if you've ever seen this, but take a look at the CADTrac on http://www.cadplans.com ...looks even more like the PT's!
