asv rc 100 skidsteer arms raise slow

2011 ASV RC100 lift arms raise slow has anyone had this problem. all other loader fuctions work properly

Rpms up?

hydraulic fluid level full?

yes hydro is full, running at full throttle. Have replaced the filters and the lift arms cus one was bad and the new ones are not interchangable with the old ones. All my pressure tests were in spec. i have also replaced the joystick with known good joystick and nothing changed. the loader control valve spool moves in and out smoothly. the only function that moves slow is the lift function.

Were they lifting slow before you did all of those changes (or is that the reason you did those changes)?
