In my experience, the best way to skin that cat is to jack up the one side of your 4810 high enough to get some roller plates under that track, then block up the frame securely as you'll be crawling underneath. Then remove the 6 bolts holding each of the 2 torsion bars. You'll then be able to move everything away from the frame and gain space to wrench off whichever hose leaks.

Thanks! I hadn't thought of that (& the pic is priceless). Is there much trouble getting the torsion bars bolted back up due to their tension?

Torsion suspension on the 4810 is not under any compression like a torsion bar on a car or truck. It's no different than unbolting/bolting onto a leaf spring that's hanging loose.

We improvised, as my 4810 was in the middle of a pasture, with the blown hose. Anyway, we got enough
room to access the hose & replaced it. A couple days later the fitting was leaking at the rear (at the
Eaton motor). Not relishing having to take the track off again, using the closed end of a 1 5/8" wrench
cut off at ~4" and cut out like a line wrench, I was able to loosen the hose and found the o-ring was
pinched. Replaced o-ring, tightened up with the short line wrench & now no leak. Bottom line: I think
I could have done the whole job with this wrench or a crowfoot wrench, without removing the track
system...live & learn.
