Smart me, I thought I had the perfect fix! 2 tractors somrthing small for the front yard and an L3830 for big stuff, those little BXs can't run more than 12k, right? WRONG!!! it would cost another $16,000 it isn't even half the tractor for almost the same price!

The price structures for different size tractors have always been a source of wonder and amusement not too unlike pickups. A midsize in a popular style costs about as much as a real truck. It is almost as though if you buy a tractor they have in mind a fixed profit irrespective of tractor size and capability.

i found when looking for a used one i could by twice the tractor for half as much more....

so ultimatly it came down to how much i was willing to spend.
