Yes, they fixed it, even though my warranty had expired. In my mind was a design flaw, mine originally had the plastic hood which was even worse. Assuming you have the metal hood, they replaced the headlight assembly and at that center bolt hole they added a washer or a "shim" between the the headlight and the hood to make up for a gap. In other words when the center bolts is tightened it stresses the the center of the headlight assembly. The diagram or drawing from Kubota does not show a washer or a shim there but the regional tech from Kubota said that he installed one there to make up for the space. At first he told me it was improperly installed (by me) but then I forced him to admit that he installed a shim where the official drawing shows nothing there, in other words designed wrong and I did not install incorrectly.
Anyway this was a regional guy that came in to do the repair and I think he may have nailed it and hopefully they won't have to listenen to me complain anymore. I keep my fingers crossed.
