I have a 25 gallon fimco with boom and the 3.9gpm pump. I would say you get what you pay for, but the advice I got here helped me decide the fimco was the way to go. It came down to how much will you use the thing and it did not make sense to by the higher end systems as we maybe spray twice a year. If this is for commercial use, I don't know that I would go with the FIMCO.

Also the other advice i got was go wit the high GPM pumps, they make the wands work a lot better.

I have strapped two plastic 60 gallon drums in the RTV and pumped out of them with a two stroke Homelite pump that I picked up at a yard sale for twenty bucks. Works fine for watering new plants too far from the hose ,pretty short money and dosen't tie up the bed,just yank out when done.
