Went to auction and just got back. They many sickle bar mowers but none
of them I would think of buying or even trying and as with some auctions
somebody paid $1000 for an very sickle bar.
But I did get a heavy duty rotary Cutter Brush hog pull behind for $1600.
IT seems to be in OK shape. There are no oil leaks around the gear boxes it
has a few dings and needs a jack but seems to be ok.
I price a bat wing mower from our local new holland dealer
a BW126 was $9990. And that onyl cuts 10 1/2 feet.
So I hope for $1600 for a 10 I can live what I bought at auction.
They also had the harley power rakes and was temped to stay and see what they sold for as I think I would like one but it was too hot to waste any more time and I needed to get home and jump on my mowing here!
