I installed just two valves (one with flow detend) with idea to be used for a top and tilt system. The install of the valves went pretty smooth. Just want to point one small design flaw found during the install: because the valve bracket is wider with almost 1/2" than the existing bracket holder, the 3pth hose is pushed away from initial location and now the hose is quite tensioned; I hope it will not crack or snap from fittings in time.
I was shopping around for a while and compared the prices between US and Canadian dealers. Finally I purchased the valves from a dealer in NY states. The save was almost 400$; still not understand from where is this difference as the $US and $CAD are almost the same, but seems we have hungry dealers here in Canada.
I purchased the Top and Tilt kit from Fit Rite Hydraulics and Brian did a great job in shipping all the staff:thumbsup:. The quality is great and installation was seamless. Took me one afternoon to finish the job and I attached couple pictures. Now, I'm ready to start the 700' driveway.:cool2:
After couple of runs, I see a small leak at one of the quick disconnects so I will keep an eye on it.
The next step is to find a holder for the top cylinder; right now I've got an elastic cord to keep it suspended. Do you have any idea other then keep the box blade attached all the time; a picture will be appreciated?
