I posted a diagram to add <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.tractorbynet.com/cgi-bin/compact/showflat.pl?Cat=&Board=custom&Number=104412&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=7&fpart=>auxillary lighting</A> for my JD4100.

Terry,
In looking at your diagram, this should work fine with no problems. Looks like a good project. As soon as my canopy comes in, I am installing two lights facing forwards on the front bottom side of my canopy. FEL blocks most of the light right now. Good job!

Dave,

After asking the questions, reading, and scratching my head, I figured I needed to share my experiences with TBN. If you have any questions, do not hestitate to contact me.

I like your idea, what if you put on a larger amp say 35 on the 4100.

TxBillyed,

Knowing what I know now (sounds kinda odd, but gramatically correct - anywho /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif), I would have ordered the 35 amp alternator. If I ever have to replace the alternator, I would upgrade to get some additional output and make my 4100 look like a Christmas tree. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

However, the probem is still not solved with using the stock light switch. The way that it is configured, it's pretty much all or none. /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif That is why I went with this solution.
