My goal is to add remotes to a 431 so that I can use a 6ft Taylor Way offset. Massey parts not available close by and I would like to do this myself if possible.

Question:

Operator's Manual states- "a single section hyd control valve can be fitted to this tractor." Control valve and lever should be located on rt. side of seat. Since I don't find a lever should I assume the tractor is configured "with linkage pump only?"

The manual goes on to explain operation of aux. control valve using hyd lift controls.

My basic question is how do I feed the spool valve and couplers with fluid?

No experience with this and don't know this tractor well.

Will someone please guide me on where to source fluid. My initial idea was to place a T where the hoses pass along the left of the tractor at my feet. These lines go to FEL. I would then use a single lever spool valve w/couplers to connect the offset to.

I am just lost- learned a long time ago if it looks easy its hard and if it looks hard it is impossible

Thanks Adam
