Here are a couple pictures of the pin and bushing and the thumb itself the measurement you ask for is 14 inches.

Not trying to be a pain, but I actually need to know how wide the bucket coupler would be WITHOUT the thumb.

You have what kubota considers the proper quick change coupler for our machines. Mine is archaic from the l48. If the outside dimensions of the couplers are the same, I'll be golden.

I'm HOPING it is ~10 1/4".

Ok now I see it was hard to tell from your picture from the PM. I just went out and measured it is 7 1/8 inches. Not 101/4 this is from out side bushing to bushing

No way we are on the same page. I'm having trouble communicating the dimension I need.

I can see from your first pic with the tape measure that the thumb bushing is ~1 1/4". If the overall outside/outside is 14", and there is a 1 1/4" bushing on each side...the measurement I am looking for should be 14 - 1 1/4 - 1 1/4 = ~11 1/2".

I need to know how wide your setup would be if you did NOT have the thumb.

Got it sometimes I just need a little extra push lol!!! Mine measures 11 1/4 not 10 1/4 should be and easy fix if you have to build it up for the thumb

That is definitely the better direction. I can turn a pair of 1/2" spacers to make that work easily enough.
