Not sure I am up to the task but have been looking over service manual to determine if there is hope for me doing it myself. Still need to view video instructions. I have inner fenders off and see a number of interference items that MIGHT have to shift just to get gearbox off, (i.e. snowplow plate, rad & hoses). Not sure I want my machine out of service for as long as it may take me to do repairs in between my real jobs. The non_OEM parts sure seem like a better deal and not sure the dealer would install these bits so may have to do it myself. It would cost more but may ask my brother to use his skills to fix as he likes to do family work for free but will accept beer in lieu (just kidding Mike).
If I do it myself, there will be pictures taken, mainly so I can remember where everything came from.
