3-Point Hitch axle housing failure

I recently had the pin hole for the right lift arm fail on a 2004 john deere 5105.
Has anyone else had this issue.
I am in the process of replacing the right axle housing with a used one.
Does anyone know the torque for the bolt in the end of the axle and the torque for the axle house retaining bolts.

I do not have the service tech manual, but suspect your Deere dealer can bring that up on the computer with that torque information.

jdparts appears to show a spring pin (2 on each pin [part no. R139197] ) that keeps the nuts on each end from coming unthreaded. Does that fit with what you have?

Any idea what may have caused that casting failure?
