Thanks Bo, hard to tell how big they are from the photos. 7500 gallons is 20gal/day/year with zero replenishment. That ought to give you a good buffer between rain events and hauling your own.

And I have another 2500 gallon tank about 300 ft away. It's hooked to the travel trailer, but also serves as a reserve.

As of midnight last night, I'm officially retired. I'm going to work part-time for a few years, but the pressure of the position is now gone. More time for grandkids and projects here at the Ranch. We are up here for about a week and I can't think of a better way to bring in the New Year. So glad to be out of the city.

Congrats! I just found your thread. Lived in Flag/Munds Park for three years.
Wife's from Cottonwood. When we visit her family I avoid going up in elevation because it's too painful that we don't live there anymore!
My only consolation is that the new normal for the climate will make Northern Arizona unrecognizable in a few decades (and yes I know that's a horrible sentiment).
