I need to purchase the bearing that the steering shaft sits on in the housing. Any idea where to get it?

When the steering box on my Kubota wore out all the replacement parts were available at the dealer.

If Kubota dont have it in stock at a fair price try a bearing specialist. Tractor and car manufacturers don't make their own bearings. They usually use off-the-shelf bearings that are common to many other vehicles or pieces of machinery. Many cities and larger towns have specialist bearing shops. These shops often stock the exact same bearing (sometimes the same brand) for a fraction of the price you'll pay at a tractor or car dealer.
