so what they sent you there is something many retailers are fighting with right now. UPS and FedEx are both now using package size in calculating rates, not just the weight. Our database only includes weights for parts, not sizes. So when big and light things get on the scale we're getting surprises. We're working at adding sizes to our database, but with 3 million part numbers in our system we're never going to have a perfect system. That's why the website has disclaimers that say that if you package is oversized you'll be contacted for approval before we ship. We'll work to make things as good as possible, but there will always be outliers.
If the BX seats are that bad they need to be replaced why doesn't Kubota pay for it?
Just bumping this thread. Its getting warm, odds are some of those old terrible sloping seats are coming out the garage.
Will this be a direct swap for a BX1500? If so, how much of a difference in comfort?
