I recommend 2-link ladders with v-bars ($386.91). Cheapest source I've found and quality seems good. I've been running these just on the front tires of my L4200 and nary a slip so far. With a set on the rears, nothing will stop it.

The B20 will probably require the low clearance type chains like most Kubota TLBs do. I run 2 L48s with chains and have had 2 sets todate. The normal chains do not work well with R4 tires and low clearance fenders. I just bought the low clearance carbide alloy chains ($615) with the net "H" pattern and they work MUCH better. BTW, NEVER put chains on the front end.......can cause serious damage.
