Hello everyone,
I have been using my B2320 HST for 2 years now and I am mostly completely satisfied with it except for the HST pedal sticking. I am wondering if others have had the same problem and found a solution. The problem occurs when I use the tractor in forward or in reverse. If I push the HST pedal fully for an extended period of time ,(10 seconds or more) the pedal does not return to neutral right away, there is a small delay 1 to 2 seconds as if the pedal is stuck. You release your foot off the pedal and nothing happens for about 2 seconds and all of a suddenly the pedal returns to neutral and the tractor stops abruptly. As you can imagine if you are maneuvering in tight areas it does not work very well and this can be a safety issue.
I lubricate the zerk on the pedal regularly. The funny thing is if I push forward or reverse fully for a short time, the pedal comes back to neutral immediately. If I push on it back and forth in neutral, the pedal returns to neutral immediately which makes me assume that lubrication is not the issue. The problem seems to get worse when the temperature gets colder. It also does not change if the tractor is warmed up or not.
Is there anybody else with the same issue ? I am wondering if there is some other adjustment to be made.
Thanks in advance for the inputs
