B2320 Mulch Kit? Bagger w/Backhoe?

I am buying a B2320 and found out that they don't have a mulch kit listed for it, only the BX models? Has anyone tried installing the BX kit on the B series deck (60")? I also was told that I couldn't use the rear bagger system (stock bagger) with the frame installed for the backhoe, seems they want to use the same mounting post for installation and I don't want to remove the BH frame to collect grass!! I use the mulcher during summer because it doesn't seem to grag the shredded mulch trimmings around my trees and throw it out into the yard. Also wanted the rear bagger since because of yard grade I'm worried about pulling a vac-cart behind tractor (have had a small trailer flip before and twist tongue, not good!!) Need a grass/leaf catcher to keep my wife's mulch pile happy. Any ideas?
