Finally got a few hours on the new tractor today and boy what a difference from the b7300. Power steering was the first pleasant surprise that I had forgotten about. Using the fel instead of the scoop was night and day and vey enjoyable.

Was a little overwhelmed reading how to take off the loader and mmm. I'm sure it's easier than what it sounds. Someone tell me as much :)) Was going to raise the deck and use the pins that were shown on the manual to keep the deck up. They weren't there. Is this supposed to be a standard inclusion or do I just need to go pick some up?

Have an area of the property that I use a RC on and it just some tall grass. Can I use the RC and leave the mmm on?

Can't wait to mow tomorrow but little nervous in trying to take the loader off.

Did a search but all I have is the phone and not quite as detailed as the computer

The loader is very easy to remove. It's well documented in the manual so just follow the steps closely and carefully. Be careful not to lift the tractor using the FEL stands as they aren't designed for that. MMM is similarly easy. I don't use the drive over feature either.

On my B2920 I drive over the deck to mount and dismount it. I chock 2 of the deck wheels with rubber chocks, and do this on the concrete driveway. By doing it on the concrete if I need to scoot it a bit sideways for fine line up it is easy. Don't try to jerk it sideways on the grass. I pulled some tendons, and muscles that way. Put tractor in 4WD, drive over it from the back of deck, and to dismount back off of it just as manual says. Works like a charm. The FEL removal and attachement become second nature after a while too.
Have fun.

I don't know if the 2320 uses a different mower than the 2920 or not. With my deck, I can raise it all the way up, then turn the knob that adjusts the mower height to "top" and it will stay up even if I lower the 3 point hitch.

I have found that it is necessary to do that process before putting something heavy like the box blade on the back. Otherwise it seems that it is hard to get it into the "top" position. I don't do it very much as I usually take the mower off.

As others have said, removing and re-installing the FEL is easy after the 1st time or two. Same with the mower deck. Just have to get past the fear that you will drop it or won't be able to get it back on, but we all went through it.

The pins weren't with my tractor either so I just picked them up locally.

I had to spend yesterday afternoon adjusting the deck to get it level. It's a little bit of a pain.

Be sure to let Brady know about the pens, and about the deck not being level, I sure, that they would not want to send any more units out with out this being done, or look at. They may drop ship some, if need, I would Hope. Any way I am going to be looking at ordring the step for my b3200 and will be droping by next week, and then heading home to Louisiana, its a shame, I called for Jury Duty, and the company doen't know why I just don't try and get out of it. ????, Civic Duty, and a chance to be Home. maybe.

Took the loader off for the first time. Wow, simple and easy. Just hope putting it on and taking the mower off is as easy.

Used the mmm for first time to mow about about an acre. Very enjoyable and the power steering makes it much easier.
